- We do not own or operate any aircraft, hotel, or transportation service
- Airline names referenced on our website are used for descriptive purposes only — to identify carriers whose tickets we can arrange on your behalf
- All airline names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners
- Airline-specific policies (baggage, cancellations, upgrades) are governed entirely by the respective airline
3. Bookings and Reservations
A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information. Name correction fees charged by airlines are the customer's responsibility. If booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authority to accept these Terms.
4. Pricing and Fares
All fares are based on availability at time of quote. Airline fares are dynamic and can change within seconds. A quoted fare is only guaranteed once full payment is received and a ticket is issued. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. PleasantFlights service fees will be disclosed prior to booking completion.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at time of booking unless a deposit arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing. By providing payment details, you authorize PleasantFlights to charge the agreed total amount. Credit card chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution with us may be considered a breach of these Terms.
6. Tickets and E-Tickets
Tickets will be sent to your email upon confirmation. Review all details immediately and notify us of discrepancies within 24 hours. Tickets are subject to the issuing airline's conditions of carriage.
⚠️ Your ticket is issued under the airline's own conditions of carriage. Restrictions, change fees, and cancellation rules are set by the airline, not PleasantFlights.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. PleasantFlights service fees are non-refundable in all cases. All change requests must be made by calling +1-888-996-3610.
8. Travel Documents
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents for all legs of your journey, including passport, visas, transit permits, and health documentation. PleasantFlights provides general information but is not responsible for denied boarding due to inadequate documentation.
9. Limitation of Liability
PleasantFlights' total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you (excluding ticket costs and third-party charges). We are not liable for acts of airlines or other suppliers, flight delays or cancellations, baggage loss, force majeure events, or consequential/indirect damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All PleasantFlights website content is protected by copyright. Airline names and logos referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only under nominative fair use. You may not reproduce our content without express written permission.
